Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• suspected or confirmed pulmonary fibrosis patients;

• signed written consent.

Exclusion Criteria:

• pregnancy;

• breastfeeding;

• known allergy against FAPI

• any medical conditions that are considered by the investigator to be likely to seriously interfere with study compliance
