Inclusion Criteria:

• Signs of a bleeding in the stomach

• One endoscopically confirmed bleeding ulcer in the stomach or duodenum

Exclusion Criteria:

• Malignancy or other advanced disease.

• Major cardiovascular event.

• Severe hepatic disease
