Summary
This is a Randomized Controlled Trial to evaluate the effect of sildenafil on Doppler
velocity indices of the umbilical arteries in patients with placental insufficiency and fetal
growth restriction, and if sildenafil can improve fetal and neonatal outcomes in those
patients.
