Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients who were diagnosed Laryngopharyngitis or Tonsillitis or Acute Bacterial Rhinosinusitis

Exclusion Criteria:

• Severe underlying disease; patients in which drug clinical evaluation is difficult because of confounding diseases.
