Summary
Airway microbiota pattern may related the preschool asthma exacerbation. This is a
single-center, randomized-controlled trial, the study will compare the management of
preschool wheeze determined by airway microbiota phenotype and blood eosinophils level to the
management using current clinical guidelines.
