The purpose of this study is to develop a cost-effective breath-based medication adherence monitoring system that can monitor whether recovering opiate addicts actually take a specific treatment medication called naltrexone.Phase:

Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- Ability to understand and provide written informed consent
- Subject is at least 18 Years of Age
- Subject must be willing to comply with study procedures
Exclusion Criteria:
- <18 years
- Subject has a history of opioid use disorder
- current chronic opioid therapy or recent (past week) acute opioid therapy,
- currently pregnant
- contraindications to naltrexone use per FDA label.
