Inclusion Criteria:
- Plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months
- Moderate to severe disease
- Candidate for phototherapy or systemic therapy
Exclusion Criteria:
- Other forms of psoriasis
- History of recent infection
- Prior exposure to BMS-986165 or active comparator
