Inclusion Criteria:

• elective living donor kidney transplantation

Exclusion Criteria:

• pre-operative tachycardia (> 100bpm)

• liver dysfunction

• severe cardiac disease

• body mass index ≥ 30 kg/m2

• drug allergy
