Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- At least 18 years of age and older;
- Open pancreatoduodenectomy for any diagnosis
Exclusion Criteria:
- Pregnant;
- Prisoners;
- Patients undergoing concomitant colectomy;
- Antibiotic allergy to study medication;
- Serum creatinine > 2.0;
- Unable to provide informed consent
