Background: Activation of NO-synthase and vascular potassium (K) channels may play a role in the sepsis-induced attenuated sensitivity to norepinephrine. We examined whether various K channel blockers and NO-synthase inhibition could restore norepinephrine sensitivity during experimental human endotoxemia.Phase:
