Summary
The aim of the study is to prove whether general anesthesia with inhaled sevoflurane reduces
the frequency of neurological and cognitive impairment after open-heart operations with use
of cardiopulmonary by-pass (CPB) in comparison with intravenous anesthesia with propofol.
