Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• All participants are at 37 - 40 weeks of gestational age

• Noncomplicated pregnancy.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Participants with placenta previa

• Patients with coagulopathy

• preeclamptic women

• known sensitivity to oxytocin or methergine were excluded
