Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• diagnosis of frozen shoulder of at least one month duration

Exclusion Criteria:

• shoulder arthritis

• rotator cuff tears

• any chronic, serious, uncontrolled medical condition

• inability to conform to study visits (20-30 per year)
