Inclusion Criteria:

• indication for nitrous oxide 70% application

• boys/girls aged 2-16 years

• informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

• due to language barrier no sufficient communication possible to explain the study

• incompatibility to Fentanyl Sintetica

• incompatibility to morphinomimetics
