Inclusion Criteria:

• Within Medicare data, indicated diagnosis of Bronchiectasis by a Pulmonologist (ICD-9 code 494.0 and/or 494.1)

Exclusion Criteria:

• cystic fibrosis diagnosis, HIV infection, history of organ transplant
