Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Children age 2-15 years presenting with severe asthma or persistent wheeze without responding to conventional therapy

Exclusion Criteria:

• chronic lung disease

• history of adverse reaction form magnesium sulphate

• life threatening condition
