Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Subjects with a diagnosis of both hyperlipidemia and hypertension.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Subjects with Type 1 diabetes mellitus or Type 2 diabetes mellitus.

• Subjects with other atherosclerotic disease.
