Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Osteoarthritic knee who underwent primary total knee arthroplasty

Exclusion Criteria:

• Abnormal coagulation or bleeding disorder

• Allergy to tranexamic acid

• History of thromboembolism or ischemic heart disease or cerebrovascular accident

• chronic kidney disease stage 3-4
