Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Pre-surgical patients for arthroscopic or open shoulder surgery

Exclusion Criteria:

• Skin infection near block site

• Allergy to local anesthetics

• Peripheral neuropathy

• Proven opioid dependency

• Coagulopathy

• Dementia
