Summary
The wall of abdomen is a considerable source of discomfort and pain following abdominal surgery even after a somewhat small operation like inguinal herniorrhaphy which could be source of chronic pain in 12% of patients, with considerable clinically effect on daily behavior if post operative pain is not considered in our care. in our study we evaluate and compare the analgesic effect of ultrasound guided Quadratus Lumborum Block (QLB)"lateral approach" with ultrasound guided Erector Spinae Plane Block (ESPB) in adult with unilateral lower abdominal surgeries. As regard degree of pain relief, accuracy of block, effect on hemodynamic stability and incidence of complications.Phase:
