Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- age >18 years old
- ulcerative colitis patients without symptoms for at least 1 year
- ulcerative colitis patients who undergo colonoscopy for surveillance
Exclusion Criteria:
- subjects who had abdominal surgery
- pregnant or breast feeding
