Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• between 18-65 age

• knee arthroplasty

• no known allergies to drugs

• ASA 1-2 patients

Exclusion Criteria:

• history of diabetes

• history of chronic pain treatment

• pregnancy

• severe bronchopulmonary disease

• systemic opioid and steroid use
