Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- Candidates for elective CABG surgery with pump for first time

- 3VD

Exclusion Criteria:

- High risk patients

- Those who need another heart surgery beside CABG

- Urgent patients

- Diabetics

- Ischemic time more than 120 min
