Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• age 19~70

• Shock index ≥ 0.9

• Patients who need intubation regarding to Ajou trauma center protocol

Exclusion Criteria:

• during CPR

• CPR before hospital arrival

• Severe head trauma

• Steroid intake history
