Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- Scheduled for orthopedic surgery of the foot or knee
- Indication to neuraxial anesthesia
- Surgery duration > 30 minutes
Exclusion Criteria:
- Preference for deep sedation
- Preference for no sedation
- Kidney failure
- Hepatic failure
- No signed informed consent
