Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Clinical diagnosis of herniated disc, injury of spinal cord, and neoplasm of spinal meninges

Exclusion Criteria:

• Hyperbilirubinemia

• Prior chronic pain

• Prior opioid abuse

• Cardiac arrythmia
