Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• children scheduled for hand/wrist surgery

• body weight > 5kg

Exclusion Criteria:

• infection at the site of the regional blockade

• coagulation disorders

• immunodeficiency

• ASA= or >4

• steroid medication in regular use
