Summary
Caudal epidural block is a rapid, reliable, and safe technique that can be used with general
anesthesia for intraoperative and postoperative analgesia in pediatric patients Ketamine is a
selective antagonist of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor, an ionotropic glutamate
receptor.
