Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Adult patients aged between 18 and 65 years.

• Scheduled for lower abdominal surgery.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Systolic blood pressure less than 100 mmHg

• Coagulation disorders

• History of heart failure

• Mitral or Aortic stenosis
