Main Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients Age ≥18 planning to undergo total knee arthroplasty

• ASA classes I - III

Main Exclusion Criteria:

• BMI ≥ 35

• History opioid abuse

• History of intractable vomiting after previous surgery
