The aim of this study is to investigate whether intramuscular progesterone supplementation will improve clinical pregnancy rates and ongoing pregnancy rates in patients with decreased serum progesterone levels on the day of embryo transfer in artificial frozen cycles.Phase:

Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:1. Age range 20-40 years
2. BMI < 40 kg/m2
3. Endometrial thickness >7mm
4. Double embryo transfer (Day 5), Grade 1 or 2.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Autoimmune diseases
2. Uncontrolled medical conditions
3. Recurrent implantation failure
4. Anatomical uterine abnormalities as polyps, fibroids or Müllerian anomalies.
