Inclusion Criteria:

• Adult patients, ASA I-II, undergoing knee arthroscopy under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Absolute or relative contraindications to spinal anesthesia, allergy to dexmedetomidine or chronic pain treatment.
