Summary
he primary purpose of this study is to investigate potential pharmacokinetic interaction in
healthy volunteers when apatinib is administered in combination with itraconazole. Secondary
objective is evaluating the safety and tolerability of apatinib alone and when
co-administered with itraconazole.
