Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- outpatient gynecological laparoscopy
- ASA PS 1 and 2
- fluent in English
Exclusion Criteria:
- history of allergy to duloxetine, history of chronic opioid use, pregnant patients,
preoperative SSRI or SNRI use, prolonged QT interval on ECG
