Summary

Traumatic subarachinoid hemorrhage is associated with serious complications related to mortality . Delayed neuronal ischemia and rebleeding are most common and serious. Progesterone can delay both .

Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Traumatic subarachinoid hemorrhage

Exclusion Criteria:

• History of malignency

• History of cerebrovasculer stroke

• Morbid obese
