Inclusion Criteria:

• STEMI

• PPCI within 24 hours of symptom onset

• Target vessel QFR-MR>250mm Hg*s/m

Exclusion Criteria:

• claustrophobia

• Postoperative TIMI grade 0-1

• Pregnancy
