Inclusion Criteria:- Major depressive patients
Exclusion Criteria:
- Pregnancy
- Have a history of myocardial infarction in the previous six months
- Atrial fibrillation or flutter
- Heart block
- Unregulated hypertension
- Cerebrovascular diseases
- A known drug allergy
