Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- low back pain up to 3 months
- pain on back extension
- radiologic findings of facet joint osteoarthritis
Exclusion Criteria:
- other causes of back pain
- fibromyalgia
- diabetes, arterial hypertension or glaucoma not well controlled
- patients with contrast allergy
