Inclusion Criteria:

• Surgery for renal cancer

• Signed informed concent

Exclusion Criteria:

• Propofol or sevoflurane intolerance

• Contraindications for epidural anesthesia

• Renal failure

• Hepatic failure

• Congestive heart failure

• Previous hemotherapy

• Hematological diseases
