Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients undergoing lumbar spinal fusion for one to three levels

• ASA class I or II

Exclusion Criteria:

• History of allergy to Sulfa group

• History of allergy to OPOID or NSAIDs

• Contraindicate to NSAIDs use

• History of coagulopathy or platelet disfunction
