This clinical trial is Phase II trial for evaluating efficacy of induction chemotherapy using
Genexol-PM + cisplatin for locally advanced head and neck cancer. The investigators try to
evaluate response rate of Genexol-PM + cisplatin chemotherapy, and safety profile.
