Inclusion Criteria:

• cerebrovascular insufficiency and mild cognitive disorder (MMSE=20-28)

Exclusion Criteria:

• pregnancy

• cognitive disorder caused by psychological, metabolic endocrine nutritional and heart disorder

• alcohol or drug abuse
