Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients with acute stroke < 24 hours.

• Patients with impairment up to 4 on NIHSS scale.

• Family support.

• Informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Presence of another disease not well controlled.

• Patient with dementia.
