Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Clinical diagnoses of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

• Hormone and immune suppression, splenectomy is invalid

Exclusion Criteria:

• patients had a bad tolerance to rapamycin

• platelet counts < 10*10E9/L during the treatment of rapamycin
