Inclusion Criteria:

• Healthy

• Non-diabetic

• Age 18-35 year

• Normal body mass index (BMI 18-25 kg/m2)

Exclusion Criteria:

• Diabetics

• Overweight/obese

• Anemic, with liver, cardiac, renal or thyroid dysfunction
