Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- Persons greater than 18yrs requiring rapid sequence intubation for any reason.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Pregnant patients
- Children under the age of 18
- Patients with a known hypersensitivity to etomidate or ketamine
