Inclusion Criteria:

• Diagnosis of definite MS according to Poser criteria;

• Attention impairment defined as abnormal PASAT score;

• Written and signed informed consent;

Exclusion Criteria:

• Pregnancy or lactation;

• Steroid treatment;

• Persistent psychostimulant treatment;

• MS relapse;
