Summary

The aim of this study is to compare the effectiveness and tolerability of two conditioning chemotherapies prior to allogeneic stem cell transplantation.

The following will also be investigated:

• Survival
• Remission and Relapse rate
• Engraftment or graft failure
• Graft versus Host Disease (GvHD)
