Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- Inpatients undergoing coronary CTA/angiography/angioplasty
Exclusion Criteria:
- exposure to nephrotoxic drugs prior to or during the study period
- end-stage renal failure requiring dialysis
- allergy to iodine-containing contrast medium
- pregnancy
- refusal to give informed consent
