Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Healthy men

• between 18 and 40 years old

• written consent given

Exclusion Criteria:

• Naloxone or paracetamol hypersensibility

• Excessive consumption of alcohol, tobacco, coffee, tea or toxicomania

• Concomitant medication
